The new Flixster Collections desktop app, which debuted in beta today, is a tool for anyone who doesn’t enjoy juggling their video collection across online marketplaces, streaming video queues, hard drives and stacks of DVDs.
Digital video’s popularity means many consumers have a fragmented library of TV shows and movies on several platforms - making it much more difficult to manage than the several shelves of DVDs they might have had in the past.
